I joined Sovereign from Barclays where I spent four years in the UK M&A Advisory Team, primarily working on UK Takeover Code transactions across TMT, Healthcare and Business Services sectors.
Sovereign's steadfast commitment to Buy & Build and value creation first attracted me to the firm and is something I continue to deliver to this day. Our consistent approach to partnering with entrepreneurial owner-managers to support the growth of their businesses, organically or via acquisitions, is truly unique in the UK mid-market.

Post-investment I work closely with my management teams to find the best companies to acquire and the optimum organic growth strategies to supercharge shareholder value.
My investment track record at Sovereign includes platforms and bolt-ons across all of our key sectors and I bring this broad understanding to all the businesses that I work with. Importantly, whilst the 'buy' of Sovereign is what we are known for, the 'build' is just as important and our experience across the portfolio of best practice, operational excellence and acquisition integration help ensure that we create world class businesses.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching international rugby and tennis, playing guitar and chess, clay shooting in the summer, and spending as much time as I can on the slopes or the backcountry in the winter.
