Sovereign strengthens Business & Technology Services Team

Sovereign Capital Partners, the UK private equity Buy & Build specialist, is delighted to announce the appointment of Philipp Zimmerer to the investment team. Philipp, an Investment Manager, will be focusing on the Business & Technology Services sector, supporting Sovereign’s activity in this space.

Philipp joins Sovereign from corporate finance advisory firm Ondra Partners. There he worked on M&A and broader capital markets situations, covering sectors from Technology and Industrials to Big Pharma and Biotech. Prior to this, Philipp was with Deloitte’s M&A advisory team, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, having started his career at UBS Wealth Management.
