Sovereign Capital Partners strengthens team with two new hires

Sovereign Capital Partners, the UK private equity Buy & Build specialist, is pleased to announce two new appointments: Sam Pattison and Zoe Letros, who join as Investment Executives.

Sam Pattison works across multiple sectors to support all stages of dealmaking as well as operational work with portfolio companies. He joins from Houlihan Lokey, having spent four years advising companies and sponsors across software, technology and data services on sell-side and buy-side M&A and capital markets transactions.

Zoe Letros will focus on the technology services sector. Zoe joins from Kearney, having spent four years advising private equity investors and portfolio companies on due diligence, carve-outs, value creation initiatives and post-merger integration across a range of industries.
