Investment Manager
I joined Sovereign as an Investment Manager in 2022, having spent over four years advising management-owned and private equity-backed businesses across the IT and Business Services space at corporate finance advisory firm Alantra. Prior to this I qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC.
Sovereign's successful track record in Business & Technology Services was a real attraction for me, further strengthened by my experience of working with the team on a number of occasions. This included their acquisition of Actica Consulting, the digital transformation, cybersecurity and technical consultancy services business. I got to see first-hand Sovereign's unique approach in delivering transactions.
As part of the investment team, I am focused on the Tech and IT service sector as well as Healthcare. I'm particularly interested in identifying businesses who are disruptors in their market, and supporting management teams with their next phase of growth.
Having been born and brought up in Africa I have always enjoyed meeting new people and travelling the world. On the weekends I enjoy watching sport and playing some of it – mainly golf and tennis – and keeping active with my wife, young daughter and dog.
