My role in the team covers both CFO and COO, which means my days are incredibly varied. Whether providing support on the technical and compliance side of a deal or dealing with investor queries, I enjoy the challenge of such a wide-ranging role.
One of the key attractions of Sovereign for me was the investment strategy and track record. The focus on Buy & Build, origination and sector focus as well as the rigorous approach to investment really has created some fantastic successes.
Having been part of the team here since 2015, I can honestly say it is the people who make Sovereign.
Before coming to Sovereign, I'd held a number of private equity CFO and COO roles. I also worked as a consultant and interim CFO and COO at WHEB, an independent investment firm, and at Barclays Infrastructure, where I developed and delivered a strategic platform to secure the future of the business.
Outside of the office, I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my family, and supporting Manchester City FC.
