Sovereign promotes two team members

Sovereign Capital Partners, the lower mid-market private equity Buy & Build specialist, is pleased to announce the promotions of two of its team members.

Philipp Zimmerer has been promoted to Investment Director. Philipp has been with Sovereign since 2021 and has made a consistently strong contribution to the team and played an important role across a number of investments including Actica, Mozaic and most recently Equilibrium.

Jaime Leslie has been promoted to Investment Manager. Jaime joined Sovereign in 2022 and has delivered another successful year of deal activity, making a strong impact across investments including Affinia, Bioscript, Eden, and Shackleton.
