Eden Futures, a specialist provider of supported living services backed by Sovereign Capital Partners, has acquired the West Midlands-based provider, Complesso.
Founded in 2015, Complesso operates a fully supported living model, employing almost 500 staff who provide comprehensive support to individuals in their own homes. The acquisition strengthens Eden's presence in the West Midlands and complements its existing service model.
Eden provides high-quality supported living services for people with learning or physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, autism, or mental health conditions across the Midlands and North of England. With Complesso now part of the group, Eden serves more than 950 people and employs over 2,300 team members.
Since partnering with Sovereign to enhance service offerings and geographic reach, Eden Futures has maintained its commitment to quality care while expanding through integration with several providers including HASS, Supported Homes, Essential Futures, and Care Wish.
Dominic Dalli, Managing Partner, Sovereign Capital Partners, said: "We are delighted to support Eden in the acquisition of Complesso. Complesso’s strong local reputation and focus on high-quality provision align with Eden's goal of providing outstanding care while growing responsibly. This acquisition is another example of our Buy & Build strategy in action. As well as expanding Eden's geographical reach and enhancing its service proposition, the addition of Complesso continues Eden’s M&A-led growth story."
Helen Stokes, CEO, Eden Futures, said: "The acquisition of Complesso represents an important step in our growth journey, expanding our footprint in the West Midlands and adding meaningful additional scale to our high-quality supported living services. Complesso’s approach to care delivery mirrors our own, and we look forward to integrating its talented team and combining our expertise to benefit the individuals we support. This partnership strengthens our position as a leading provider of supported living services across the Midlands and Northern England."
