Eden Futures acquires Care Wish
05.03.25

Eden Futures, the specialist provider of supported living services backed by Sovereign Capital Partners, has acquired Dudley and Sandwell-based provider Care Wish.
Founded in 2005, Care Wish operates a fully supported living model, employing around 96 staff members who provide comprehensive support to residents in their properties. The acquisition strengthens Eden's presence in the West Midlands and complements their existing service model. It also introduces a new transitionary service for young people moving from children's settings into supported living.
Headquartered in Nottinghamshire, Eden supports adults with learning disabilities, enduring mental health conditions, autism and associated complex behavioural needs across the Midlands and North of England. Eden cares for more than 700 people living in a range of accommodation styles including individual apartments, specialist single-story properties, and shared houses.
Since partnering with Sovereign to enhance service offerings and geographic reach, Eden has maintained its commitment to quality care while continuing to expand its services and develop increasingly complex care provision for the most vulnerable in society. Today, the Group employs more than 1,600 team members dedicated to delivering high-quality services.
Dominic Dalli, Managing Partner, Sovereign Capital Partners, said: "We are delighted to support Eden in the acquisition of Care Wish. Their strong reputation for complex living services aligns perfectly with Eden's goal of providing outstanding care while growing responsibly. This acquisition is a perfect example of our Buy & Build strategy in action. By expanding Eden's geographical reach and enhancing their service proposition, the addition of Care Wish will help consolidate their market share in the sector. It is exactly the type of growth acceleration we're committed to supporting as we help exceptional businesses like Eden become market leading."
