Sovereign Capital is the UK Buy & Build specialist, helping our portfolio companies achieve transformational growth.

We invest in UK-based companies in the healthcare, education & training and support services sectors.  Our absolute focus is on Buy & Build strategies – working with our investee companies to help them grow significantly, both organically and through acquisitions.

When we invest in a company we commit up to £50m of capital so that it can increase its capacity and accelerate organic growth. Alongside this, we use our in-house research team to help source high-quality, strategic acquisitions that will extend the company’s service offering and geographic coverage.

Since being established in 2001 we have completed more than 190 Buy & Build transactions.
