Phil Hinson

Phil joined Sovereign's Deal Execution team in 2006 and has been involved with Sovereign's Buy & Build success Kinetics, a leading national social housing maintenance provider that hs completed six bolt-on acquisitions since December 2006.  Phil also sits on the board of Sypol, Sovereign's platform investment in the compliance and risk management sector.  Prior to Sovereign, Phil spent six years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance where he was a founding member of the Business Services sector team.  Phil began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in 1996 where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. 

Phil has a BSc in Biology from the University of Nottingham and a Graduate Diploma in Law and LPC from Nottingham Law School.
