Mark Williams

Mark has over 8 years private equity and advisory experience in the mid-market, having joined Sovereign's Deal Execution team in 2006.  Since then, he has been involved in several transactions including WCL, LPM, Temple Security and most recently EEG and its rapid bolt-on of Future, and RehabWorks.

Prior to Sovereign, Mark was with BA Capital Partners Europe (Bank of America) and began his career with Close Brothers Corporate Finance in London.

Mark has a MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
