George Williams

Assistant Director

George initially joined Sovereign on secondment from KPMG Corporate Finance for one year and became a full-time member of the team in January 2007.  George is part of Sovereign's Deal Execution team and has been involved with several deals including Cascade Care Group Limited, National Fostering Agency,  Kinetics and 8 Solutions. 

George has several years experience in both private equity and corporate finance having spent 5 years with KPMG Corporate Finance, focusing on advising mid-market private equity funds on buy side assignments before joining Sovereign.

George is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a BA (Econ) in Finance from the University of Manchester.
