Sovereign Capital announces partnership promotions

Sovereign Capital, the UK private equity Buy & Build specialist, is pleased to announce the promotion of three of its directors to the Sovereign partnership.  In recognition of their significant contribution to the business, Dominic Dalli, David Myers and Kevin Whittle have been made partners with immediate effect.

Dominic Dalli joined Sovereign in 2002 after five years with Deloitte Corporate Finance's healthcare team. He has been actively involved with Sovereign's healthcare investments, including SENAD, TRACSCARE, Alkare, Cascade Care, National Fostering Agency and Parallel Options.

David Myers began his career at Andersen Consulting and Bain & Company before joining Sovereign in 1997.  David has been instrumental in developing and leading Sovereign's Direct Origination team which has enabled the firm to develop significant market knowledge in its chosen business services sectors of Healthcare, Support Services and Education & Training.

Joining Sovereign in 2005, Kevin Whittle has brought strong operational and corporate finance experience to Sovereign investee companies.  Heading up the Portfolio Development team, Kevin has recently led or supported the successful exits of SENAD, CMGL, CVS and Alpha Plus; delivering exceptional returns to Sovereign's investors.
