Prior to Sovereign, Ravi was Vice President in the Corporate Development team at Monitise Plc, a leading mobile technology company, and previously he worked as a Strategy and M&A Manager at Whitbread Plc. Before this Ravi spent three years at Global Leisure Partners focusing on M&A and Debt Advisory in the leisure, retail and consumer sectors. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC where he worked in the Transaction Services Advisory team.

Adam joined Sovereign from Clearwater International, where he worked in the Corporate Finance deal origination team sourcing M&A and debt advisory mandates.  During his time at Clearwater, Adam led origination for the TMT, Healthcare, Real Estate and Debt Advisory teams, as well as managing origination-based relationships with London Private Equity firms.

Ravi and Adam will focus on new investments across Sovereign’s areas of focus: business support services, healthcare and education & training.
