LPM

LPM is a leading provider of contract cleaning, security and maintenance services with over £55m of revenues.  It offers a wide range of comprehensive support services to commercial, industrial, retail and specialist environments. The company has a reputation for consistent service and strong operational delivery, complemented by a professional approach to business development.

LPM acquired Leeds-based Dependable, a cleaning, janitorial sales and washroom business in September 2007 and quickly followed this by recruiting an experienced, high calibre team for Axis, its security subsidiary in November 2007.
In June 2008, LPM added Manchester-based InterCity Group to its portfolio, extending its services to food production facilities and further broadening its geographic reach.

LPM acquired Temple Security in March 2009, augmenting Axis to create a top 20 national security provider across both manned guarding and electronic security services.

LPM will continue to grow organically and, in addition, Sovereign is in negotiations with a number of further targets to develop the group's national coverage.
