Lindley Catering

Lindley provides both public and executive catering to stadia and organisations across the UK. Lindley's 15,000 full and part-time staff cater for over 300,000 people per week, serving over 60 arena, football, horseracing, cricket and rugby contracts.

In March 2006, Lindley acquired Heathcotes Outside, formed by Michelin starred chef Paul Heathcote, a highly respected specialist event caterer in North West England with some key contracts at sports venues including horse racecourses around the UK.

In July 2008, Lindley completed the acquisition of Green's of St James's, a well respected, fine dining brand which operates at prestigious events including Goodwood, Lords, Henley and Cowes.

Also in 2008, Lindley secured the ACCL Facilities Liverpool Contract, serving customers at Europe's newest and most flexible arena and conference centre.
