During the period of Sovereign's investment, Complete expanded its services geographically and diversified its service offering to include cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy and through the acquisition of Paediatric Nursing Link in 2007, paediatric care.
Between 2002 and 2007, Complete more than doubled the number of clients it cared for to over 200 and increased its staff numbers by 50% to 600.
