BIMM

Founded in 2001, BIMM is one of the UK's leading providers of modern music further and higher education.

BIMM offers a broad range of qualifications in Modern Music through its colleges in Brighton and Bristol.  These courses are delivered by tutors who are active professional musicians with a variety of touring, performing and session experience.  Each tutorial programme includes a mixture of classroom study, live performance and specialist workshops from BIMM's studios and lecture theatres.

In June 2010, BIMM completed the acquisition of Tech Music Schools, the UK's longest established, contemporary music provider - delivering a range of drum, vocal, keyboard and guitar courses from its three sites in West London.

Together BIMM and TMS create a leading provider of specialist, vocational oriented higher education in the UK with c1,900 students combining their musical skills with the education and training needed to achieve their aspirations.

Sovereign has committed further funding to support BIMM's Buy & Build development both in the UK and abroad.
