The Lindley Group provides a diverse range of catering operations, from sports stadia and prestigious outside events to heritage venues and visitor attractions. The Group comprises of Lindley Venue Catering, Lindley Heritage, Greens and Heathcotes Outside.
Lindley Venue Catering specialises in stadium and venue catering; Lindley Heritage offers a bespoke service for museums and historic homes; Green’s caters at prestigious outside events and venues; and Heathcotes Outside is the caterer for clients in the North West.
In March 2006 Lindley acquired Heathcotes Outside, formed by Michelin-starred chef Paul Heathcote and an event management company. In 2008 Lindley completed the acquisition of Green’s St James’s, a well-respected, fine dining brand.
