IMS Group

The IMS Group is a leading provider of consulting and integrated business support to the wholesale asset management and securities industry. The Group’s core service offering is regulatory compliance consulting to UK and international regulated financial services firms.

IMS also provides related services including hosted regulatory permissions, due diligence, compliance training and risk management. It also offers accounting, taxation and administration services and US regulatory consulting through sister companies.

Since acquisition, IMS has acquired UK-based MMS Regulatory Solutions and US-based HedgeOp Compliance, which both offer similar regulatory consultancy and other business support services to the asset management and securities industry, and opened an office in Hong Kong.

  • IMS has opened its first Asian office, in Hong Kong, to provide the company's award-winning blend of compliance consultancy, training and software across the region.
  • IMS has maintained its lead in the industry awards with further wins: HedgeOp, the Group's US company, won Best North American Regulatory Advisory Firm at the Hedgeweek Global Awards 2013. IMS has been named 'The Leading Regulatory Compliance Consulting Firm' for the fifth successive year at The Hedge Fund Journal Awards 2013. It has also been recognised as ‘Best Regulation and Compliance Advisor’ for three consecutive years, 2011, 2012 and 2013, at the HFM Week Service Provider Awards.
