esg was formed out of the acquisition of Sencia Group in 2004 and STL Limited in October 2006, which were merged in 2007 and renamed esg.
In 2007 esg acquired Triangle Training and Orient Gold to complement the core business and to extend esg’s geographic reach and service offering.
