BIMM

When Sovereign first invested in BIMM the Group had 1,150 students in colleges in Brighton and Bristol. Since then, BIMM has acquired Tech Music Schools (TMS) in London, the UK’s longest established, contemporary music provider and in September 2010, opened a new school in Dublin.

Today BIMM is recognised as being a leading, specialist provider of vocational oriented higher education in the UK & Ireland, with over 2,400 students combining their musical skills with the education and training needed to achieve their aspirations.

BIMM has witnessed strong demand across its four campuses and enjoyed a strong uptake for a new Music Business degree which over 80 students started in autumn 2012 - previously all degrees were performance based. The College is to open a new state of the art campus in Fulham in September 2013; in addition BIMM is now accepting applications for September 2013 for a campus in Manchester.

“We have seen strong growth in student intake and significant development in the breadth of courses we offer. With Sovereign’s continued support, we are confident that the demand for our unique educational offer will increase further.”
