Phil Hinson

Phil joined Sovereign’s Deal Execution team in 2006 and has been involved with Alcumus Group, Sovereign’s Buy & Build success in the compliance and risk management sector. Prior to Sovereign, Phil spent six years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance where he was a founding member of the Business Services sector team. Phil began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in 1996 where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Phil has a BSc in Biology from the University of Nottingham and a Graduate Diploma in Law and LPC from Nottingham Law School.
