Neil Cox
Investment Director
Neil joined Sovereign’s Deal Execution team in 2007, having spent six years with NM Rothschild, initially in their UK Mid-Market investment banking team & subsequently as a founder member of the mezzanine finance team. Since joining Sovereign, Neil has worked on a number of transactions, most recently platform investment IMS Group and the subsequent bolt-on of RSL, and also EEG and its rapid bolt-on of Future.
Neil has a first class Engineering degree from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the Manchester Business School.
