Michael Needley

Michael is a founding partner of Sovereign Capital.  He has had lead responsibility for a number of deals across all of Sovereign’s Funds  including Lindley Group and Greenwich School of Management.

Michael is a Chartered Accountant and prior to Sovereign he spent seven years with Ernst & Young within their North American and European corporate finance and advisory practices.

Michael has a First Class Honours degree in Economics from the University of Victoria.
