Jake is a Partner at Sovereign, where he is responsible, amongst other things, for C-Suite management enhancement for both existing portfolio companies and new transactions across all Sovereign deal origination activities.
He has an extensive network within the industry through which he has originated both platform and bolt-on investments for our funds.
At Sovereign we take the time to thoroughly understand each market and each business.
Prior to joining Sovereign in 2014, Jake worked in the deal origination and management enhancement team for private equity at Skill Capital. He started his career by qualifying as a solicitor at Watson Farley & Williams LLP.
Jake has CPE (with Commendation) and LPC qualifications (Equity and Debt Finance Electives), and an MA in Philosophy & Political Science from Trinity College Dublin.
