Andrew Hayden
Managing Partner
Andrew is a founding partner of Sovereign Capital and has been integral to the development of its Buy & Build strategy and its team. Andrew leads the education and support sector teams at Sovereign and his transactions have included specialist healthcare providers: CHOICE, Complete Group, (exited 5.7x money multiple), Tracscare and Alkare. Andrew has also led the ongoing development of Lindley Catering in the support services sector.
Andrew has worked in private equity since 1984 and previously led a large number of highly successful private equity investments whilst at 3i plc and Mercury Private Equity.
Andrew has a BSc in Physics with Medical Applications from London University.
